Ecclesia Youth gathered with 3,000 other youth & youth workers at The Rock Church in San Diego for an event called Acquire-the-Fire hosted by Teen Mania. This event challenged the youth to get closer to God, to stand up against the destructive culture and to be change agents in their schools. The Advisory Council met on Jan. 20th to discuss the budget and upcoming events. | Sunday, Jan. 18 - Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 | Cornerstone held a Teen Girls Purity Lock-In at Anne Stapleton's home from Sunday, Jan. 18th 1 p.m. thru Monday, Jan. 19th at 6 p.m. At the same time, Mark Stapleton conducted a Teen Guys Purity Lock-In at Cornerstone's Facility. The ladies joined the young men at the church facility at 4:00 p.m. and the Lock-in concluded with the young men serving the young ladies dinner, eating together and enjoying a time of sharing what they learned.
